It is a center for Research, Development, and Innovation (R&D&i) that brings together academia and the business sector to create new products, processes and packaging with a healthy seal and thus meet the national and international demand for added value of healthy, sophisticated and rich foods.

What are we looking for?

Boost the process of generating high-value products in the industry, through the development and commercial scaling of new ingredients and healthy foods, integrating the capacities of the academy and the company to improve the food chain production. Among our main challenges are:  
  • To meet the growing demand of consumers (added value).
  • Develop new products, processes, and packaging (healthy seal).
  • Export new products that are sophisticated, rich and healthy (Gastronomic Engineering).
  • Duplicate food exports by 2030.
