With the idea of finding 100 entrepreneurs in the country, FCh launched in March the project “100% Committed with Chile” process that after 3 months is already in the most important stage of the competition: selected participants will undergo workshops that will strengthen their abilities, to then choose a final winner in September, which will travel to Silicon Valley.
It will be 17 weeks during which the participants will participate in activities developed by four consultants from Jump Associates, among which, is its founder Udaya Patnaik.
Training the 100 leaders is a practical learning experience that helps materialize innovation strategies. The intensive training’s methodology decants into the essence of innovation in a dynamic, formative and inspiring experience. Sessions are conducted with teams of about 20 people, who experience training and discussions with emphasis on some key ideas: empathy, creativity and execution.
In addition to this methodology, the selected participants will participate in various lectures and workshops that will help them in the creative process and subsequent multidisciplinary work.
