We support the Mining Industry in the development of its human capital, coordinating various entities in a single strategy, to face the challenges that the field will face in terms of the workforce.
This way, such as through consulting different businesses, government organisms and non-government organizations we help organizations and people to grow, developing their capacities so that they can be sustainable over time. We also assure performance standards and create new skills in accordance with the changing needs of the market, improving the performance of the organization, through a Personnel Management Model based on competencies. Finally, we connect strategy and organizational design with business results.
In another area, we have VetaMinera, an initiative that arises from the Mining Council, developed by Innovum Fundación Chile, which works along CCM and whose goal is collaborating with the reduction of human capital gaps and install skills in the in-office training system.

We promote innovation in World-Class Mining Suppliers. This is because Chilean mining needs to have a supplier sector with high innovation potential, able to add value to mining businesses and sustainably face technological challenges, based on the search for the “legacy of mining”.
This implies fortifying the supplier sector so they are able to export their technological innovations, reaching a World Class standard and thereby foment the development of a technological sector that allows us to add value to the country’s development, once minerals run out.

We manage productivity and innovation to Human Capital’s competitiveness through consultancies with various companies, government organizations, and NGOs that allow us helping organizations and people growing, developing their skills so that they’re sustainable over time. Also, we assure performance standards and create new skills in accordance with the market’s changing needs, improving organizational performance, through a Personnel Management Model based on competencies. Finally, we connect strategy and organizational design with the business’s results.
We contribute to the development of Quality Higher Education +
We contribute to the development of Quality Higher Education. To have the Human Capital our country requires, our Higher Education must be adjusted to the job supply. For this we need a Higher Education that’s articulated with the working world, but not reduced to these necessities, since it needs to be able to update and reformulate various teachings.
To fulfill this mission we seek to be the middlemen between Higher Education Institutions and the country’s productive sector.
