She is a specialist in educational issues, with extensive experience in school management, consulting for the implementation of innovations in the classroom and optimization of the financial operation of educational institutions.   

Professor of Elementary Education at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, PhD in Education at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, she completed a postgraduate degree in Senior Management at ESADE, Barcelona and a Master in Finance at the Universidad de los Andes in Chile.
