Economist at the University of Aachen (Germany). In 2015 she founded the Fiscal Expenditure Observatory, an institution dedicated to data analytics and transparency of public spending. In 2017 she was the first woman to join the board of the Santiago Stock Exchange. Between 2018 and 2020 she was a member of the presidential council for the modernization of the State and in 2020 she was president of the ministerial advisory commission for public spending. She has been distinguished by the World Commerce & Contracting for her work on transparency.
