Startup Campus is now startuplab.01 — the first deep tech hub with labs for science and technology development under Corfo’s public policy, StartupLabs.
A new look, but the same space for innovation, collaboration, and specialized support for science- and technology-based startups in their validation stage.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We are here to accelerate the advancement of science and technology by providing access to specialized infrastructure, support programs, and workspace—strengthening the local innovation landscape.
Our main focus is to catalyze the development of deep tech startups with the potential to radically improve lives by addressing climate change through mitigation, resilience, and adaptation.
WHY?
Science-based startups aim to bring R&D-driven products and services to market—but the path is far from simple. They face unique challenges like long validation processes, infrastructure gaps, limited access to funding, and a lack of connection with industry. That’s exactly why we’re here.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Science-based startups focused on climate tech, with a technology readiness level (TRL) between 4 and 5.
Partners interested in collaborating within this innovation ecosystem and gaining access to pioneering solutions.
We believe in the power of entrepreneurship and science to strengthen ecosystems, drive applied research, and tackle climate change through mitigation, resilience, and adaptation. .

¿WHERE?
We will have 3,850 m² of space featuring coworking areas, an auditorium, collaboration zones, offices, and two types of laboratories: one focused on biological sciences—molecular and cellular biology—and another dedicated to prototyping in electronics, hardware, and materials.
We’ll be part of an innovative and sustainable architectural project, strategically located in the heart of Santiago, within a mixed-use area that includes the renovation of the former Enel Tower (Santa Rosa 76). This space will not only revitalize the neighborhood but also drive urban development and renewal.
The selection of this location was the result of a rigorous strategic, technical, and financial evaluation process. The architectural design is led by Territoria, a firm known for sustainable projects that are deeply integrated with the urban fabric.
