We work in areas that address our three strategic challenges: Addressing Climate Change, Sustainable Economic Development, and Inclusive Human Development. Through different projects and initiatives, we have involvement in areas such as large-scale mining, medium-scale mining, forestry, aquaculture, food, energy, water, education, technical and vocational education, digital transformation, and people management.
We are a public-private nonprofit organization. As a foundation, we have public support through Corfo, and private support from the mining company BHP. Additionally, we are funded through projects and initiatives with companies, civil society organizations, public agencies and entities, and international organizations.

As Fundación Chile, we offer various entrepreneurship support programs and serve as a link with public and private institutions, in addition to various calls for proposals. We have a robust entrepreneurship and innovation area, ChileGlobal Ventures, and we promote support for science and technology-based companies, with startuplab.01; and for SMEs, through the Metropolitan Entrepreneurship Hub.
Our main headquarters is in the municipality of Vitacura, in the city of Santiago, Chile. However, many of our projects and initiatives are located throughout the country.
