Through the Human Capital project, in Fundación Chile we have innovated in management and development, transferring job skills standard, and learning management technologies, which allow increasing competitiveness of organizations.

This impact points to 15 productive sectors, 394 companies and 82,000 workers and students with their certification of job, employability, digital and basic skills in science and technology. In addition, we have advised 50 companies and developed skills in 90 Technical Training Centers, 5 Universities, 900 schools, 1,000 OTEC and over 6,300 trainers.

The major strategies include the development of a National Job Skill System, employability and labor market, improving education and training, management of human capital in enterprises, and innovation management in companies, business networks and clusters.
