Great Place to Work recognizes the great places to work and this 2013, Fundación Chile is among the top 50 companies.
Just like they describe it, all the companies that are in the ranking, «stand out for having understood the relevance of keeping relationships of trust with their employees, which is the first social responsibility of each company. This is reflected in the development of people management policies and practices that help the administration promote professional development, team spirit and the care of its employees, which in the long-term leads to greater profitability for the company and greater effectiveness in retaining its employees«.
In its 2013 version, the study was organized by Great Place to Work® (GPTW) together with the newspaper «El Mercurio«. 205 companies nationwide applied.
Great Place to Work® categorizes companies and prepares a list of the best places to work in the country. To reach the final result, a survey is conducted among all employees of the company, in addition to another one for the human resources area of each participating company.
