Vacuum-packed meat

In 1982 was started the project Meat in Boxes, in order to banish from our country those harmful processes to human health in relation to the sale of meat. The idea was to transport meat from origin to consumption centers in boxes and vacuum packed. The end result was an improvement in product quality and economic development of a new internal market.

This, of course, created innovative marketing channels used for meat commercialization, substantially improving the hygiene product along with lower transport costs. We created the subsidiary company Procarne, which was later sold to private companies.
